Colombia Report

by Jaime Tundeno   SOC Field Worker

Brothers, this is the update on the ongoing work in Colombia directed by Pastor Jaime Tundeno. We are blessed to have so many devoted followers of Christ working in the harvest with us in these final days. The first week of the School of Christ in Guatemala was very strong, and we need to continue to bring all of these countries before the Lord for the fruit to be permnant.

God Bless All of You

SOC Colombia Report

God continues to bless. We pray for the health of the School of Christ in Guatemala.

Below is my report of what God is doing through the School of Christ in Colombia. Everyone testifies to the great things happening in the School of Christ. I may seem repetitive, but the effects of the message of Pentecost is unique in the hearts of men who open up to the Word of God and are challenged, inspired and confronted by the message of the Cross. The School of Christ not only has a cure for the sinner, but first teaches about the disease of sin and the lost state of men, then realize that it makes sense to get the cure (blood of Christ) to heal a life of sin.

We hear the cry of Pentecost occurs; OH GOD, WE WILL! I can assure you that I first heard this cry, and that it seemed incredible to hear it from the lips of a pastor. God has had mercy on all of us.

The ministers of the Lord are finding meaning to the words spoken by the Apostle Peter who said, according to Acts 6:4 we will devote ourselves to prayer, and in the ministry of the word. They are returning to a life at the altar and this is wonderful that the students are regretting their lack of prayer. All these things are being committed, and give us encouragement, and draw strength from our weakness to continue the work of the Lord Jesus Christ.

These are the words of Pastor's in Christ in the country of Colombia. The glory of the Father and the Son and Holy Spirit be upon you. Beloved pastor's, it is a blessing to see God in this place and see how the students are confronted with their spiritual fitness, and ask God for forgiveness and with tears in their eyes.

We started the school in the Cesar, specifically Valledupar with twenty-two students, and on February 2nd, hope to open with another twenty-five students. January 20th, will be in another area with two groups of twenty-five and another twenty, are two churches that are about an hour from one another, and we are about five hours away from them.

A total of 112 students for the glory of God, and there are another eighty students in Cali who are finishing the school this next month waiting to graduate. Praise God!

Yours in Christ,
Pastor Jaime Tundeno
